In less than a decade, the world moved from mass production to mass personalization in many aspects of our lives.  Data transformed every phone into a personalized navigation device, a global social network connection, and a source of information unparalleled in human history.  However, the education sector has lagged behind.  Traditional pedagogy, old technology, and a lack of leadership have inhibited innovation in teaching and learning.  Adaptive courseware is changing that.  With the data captured by these systems, we can now provide individual instruction at scale in order to enable student success to meet the rapidly increasing demand for knowledge workers.  The panelists will discuss the future of this adaptive courseware and its role in delivering on the promise of personalized learning.
